One big difference between our industry and the ERP or Defcon world, SEMA members deal in physical objects. It is useful to be able to see and handle the parts. So going 100% virtual is not as easy.

There is a whole other convention center which has real auto parts , it was at the Sands when I went years ago , 

But half those companies are from overseas and the people cannot fly to the USA now ,  and maybe not  in November , 

Plus all the buyers  from overseas who cannot  fly here.....

One year off will let everyone rethink if its worth the cost to display there or even go there.....

Not sure if CES  will be cancelled in January .
