Ditto.
I can't believe this wasn't here soonerest...

This isn't an MGA. It's an Austin-Healey 3000. IMO, a little better looking than the MGA and the car that got me interested in sports cars before I was a teen. Beautiful!!!
Notice that most of the cars are rouded, curvy and have lower belt lines with long enough overhangs so that the lines are flowing and not abrupt. So unlike the cars they are building today for the most part.
Unfortunately the belt line was so low that on some cars once you put a person in them the person spoiled the lines. It almost made the drivers look like an afterthought.
Yup.
I prefer the same gen Z28, but the TA's are good looking cars. Pontiac rally's were my go-to rim for the the 70's, 80's and most of the 90's.
Quite right. I figured since I was posting a response I might as well include another image of a car that I love.
I hope I didn't mislead anyone...

This is like arguing over who's better looking - Janet Reno or Barbara Bush?
That exhaust is cool. It is like the pre-pre-pre-curser to todays F1 'collander" exhausts that exit to help the air flow.

Nah, its just pointing out that if you're going to post one of Ab's Dusie specials, you might as well post the one made by a handful of people who were far ahead of their time.
Maybe its me, but I am surprised that no has listed the following.
Porsche 911 Turbo 1977. Great car. Wild Turbo lag, but great looking with lots of beautiful curves to boot.
Sorry not real good at adding images. Here is a link to one. http://images.callisale.com/nlarge/29999original-1977-porsche-930-turbo-widebody-911-carrera-turbo_21703536.jpg

More interesting suggestions here.
Agree on the classic BMW 507 - very pretty and so few made.
The last gen RX7 is also my favourite. Japanese styling most often look sso derivative and/or awkward, but there sre some exceptions - original 240Z, Toyota 2000 GT, and that RX7.
XKSS - what kills that for me is the rake angle (or lack thereof) of the windscreen - much to upright compared to the XKE. Want something sexy in a Jag, try these:
