Seems like there is every kind of showcase here except this one. I even just supplied a photo of my tractor.
So lets see what you race! Not your brother or the guy down the street, but the thing with two, three or four wheels you yourself pilot around cones, hay bales, tires or what have you.
Here is my Hornet which I raced for 3 years on various short track ovals and road courses in my area.
Here it is now. I rebuilt it to race a more serious class. I started detailing the transformation in the build thread forum but I seem to have neglected to finish the writeup. I have a fair bit more work to do but in the only race I ran this year it did OK, so next your should be fun.
99' Radical Clubsport rebuilt with new everything.
I compete in the DC Region SCCA MARRS series, and if we have 3 cars in class at the last event October 5/6, I've got the last-ever MARRS CSR class championship.
SCCA has combined, renamed and split DSR and CSR starting next year. National level full aero exotic DSR and CSR cars like current Stohr/West will be P1. Older flat bottom cars like my Radical plus Sports 2000s, A-Macs, Cheetahs, etc. etc. will be P2.
Shockingly the re-classing has been kind to my car...
Well mine isn't really a RACE car, but it is what I race, or at least autocross.
I guess until the Escort finally moves under its own power, this is my race car?
And daily driver.
Nice start!
I do like the CRX. They are very hard to pass.
I rallycross, autocross, and drive the kids to school in my Mazda2.
Everyone knows this car, but I still like posting peektures of it My other cars are track day toys, they don't see the clock all that often other than time trial. And this one's the fastest.
It's had a few incarnations.
Four-cylinder rally.
V8 rally.

This is a great thread idea, BTW.
Gameboy, that's an interesting little track. Tiny. What was it built for, karting?
There was actually a TV feature on it the other day and it was put together in a big hurry for car racing in the '70s and grew from there (still a small track...the top straight that runs the length of the track is less than 1/4 mile.). About 1/10th of the country's population showed up for the first race and the Prime Minister flew in on a helicopter. It's being upgraded to an FIA Class 3 track right now...with a mighty heaping helping of luck you might see a BTCC race there in the future.
I'll go chronologically

Mine was originally built to do this:
But I had a ton of problems at first so I spent a lot of time doing this:
Now that it's all worked out, though, I do a lot of this:
And I also drive it to work on a quasi-regular basis.

This is a really good thread.
