Does anyone in the Atlanta area know of any installers. Obviously, I'd like a more reputable one.
Thanks!!!

now you did it. I think you will find that most people on this forum have a real hatred for any holes in the roof of their vehicles
I have never seen anything good come from aftermarket installs, in both my personal and professional experience.
Edit: if you are gonna go for it, do what Bam Margera did on his Gallardo and have Billy Idol install it for you.
A sunroof is nothing more than installing a leak.
I will never buy a car with a non-factory sunroof.
Even the early factory roofs suck.
The real badness of an aftermarket one (besides the leak) is they do not match the curve of the roof.

What a jackass

I was a Webasto trainer for years. If done properly, a quality sunroof will outlast the car its been installed in.
Call 810-593-6000 Ask to speak to Joe. He'll give you the best installer in your area. If Joe's not there, ask for Scott.

That's exactly what I'm looking at.

They had those as an option on 318ti's back in the 90's........I will scrap every one of those shells I come across in the future on principal alone.
Actually, a Webasto roof would be an excellent way to save an old car that had an awful pop up sunroof installed in the 70's or 80's.
Hey Mike, are you doing other work to it at the same time? I'd love to be able to pull a mold from a roof that DOESN't already have a hole in it.
I installed mine myself, and it doesn't leak, but it also doesn't match the curvature of the tiny roof either.

I could see that, but with the cost of a quality roof and proper installer, you could probably have a good shop patch the hole and go back to a hard top.

I'm not doing anything else of any magnitude to the car at all. The sunroof I'm doing is the canvas sliding rag top like above pictured. Not a pop up like yours. I would take a stab myself, but I haven't the tools or the confidence.
Though I would be interested to install a ragtop in mine as well, since the hole is already there.
If you were to have the windshield out, for example, I would pay you moneys to get a mold of the roof and windshield area so that a composite panel could be bonded in. you have no idea how many roofs I've seen that are made of swiss cheese!
