Mrs Aussie and I watched the whole thing, it was instantanious, the Gainsco car dove left of the Ferrari that was passing the stricken Ferrari, they was no time to react. I estimate over 100 mph impact.

The scariest moment was watching Memo not moving for several minutes.

The crew member who ran to assist bare handed should be commended at the highest levels

There was a rumor in a report that the bottom of the foot box did not hold up......let's all hope that rumor ends up being false.

Memo had surgery on left arm and leg. Will need surgery on an unstable broken back.

The other driver is stable and still in the hospital for observation.
