 Put some DB13 Magic on them, and, well we could have a swimming pool at the track.

You can buy watering bowls at TSC that are kinda that shape, but smaller diameter and much tougher plastic.....just sayin'.

I didn't realize you could get parking permits for the mentally handicapped.

I just assumed they didn't drive.

Where there is a will, there is a way. 10 internet points for ingenuity. But Deadskunk is right. The rubber(?) type water troughs are made out of a mudflap kind of mat'l. Are really cheap, and you could have 8" indestructible flares super easy.
