The town bike now kinda runs.. It also kinda throws random misfires... I will fix this eventually It came with some 17's with some costco goodyear g-Force Sport COMP-2 's on it. These are fine for driving around and look OK, but I'd like to get something a bit more normal on the car. I have two sets of 14x6 wheels. 1 BBS mesh and 1 Hollowspoke, so I'd like some tires to run at just a few track nights and maybe an autocross. competitive ness is not a problem, I'm a newbie. Found these federals from walamrt for super cheap. What says the team? Ok size and tire?

I guess I could technically run the 17's.. but They are just so odd...
I like the 595s for uncompetitive fun. Not great, but not the 800 treadware no seasons on my miata. Fun enough!

There have been a few threads on them here through the years. I think they're pretty old at this point, but IIRC the concensus is "really good for the money" and "not competitive with the big boys".
Sounds like a winner to me.
The sn595 is a good tire for the money, I liked them on my NA miata, not a sticky tire tho.
Im still going to vote Westlake Rp18s, all the skids and fun of a loose car.

Someone has pitched OHTSU TIRE FP0612 A/S a couple times, apparently they're Falken 912 clones.

$41 a tire.

I have those on my Miata and they aren't great for performance. When I autocrossed on them it was like I was trying to reenact Tokyo Drift.
