Last week I spotted a 70/71 Torino Cobra, shaker hood and all, out driving. Definitely a unicorn in today's world.
I also saw not one, but two BMW i8s, possibly soon to loose unicorn status. i3s are very close to loosing that status too, I see on average more than one a week.
I also spotted an aero-unicorn. I'm pretty sure it was a Piaggio P.180. there's a plane that sounds very unusual that fly's in and and out of PHL somewhat regularly, I finally got to match the noise the the aircraft and this is what I saw.
I saw a Catalina with Royal Pontiac decals on it. (If you don't know Pontiacs, Royal is Pontiac Mecca, Valhalla, and Graceland) No pictures because I was busy trying to ram a Duramax, Allison, and NP263 into a truck. Sequentially, not simultaneously.
Turns out, the car was brought to us for pre-purchase inspection on advice from the car's current owner, who I used to work for over 20 years ago at my first job. Never knew he liked Pontiacs, he always talked about his '60 Corvette.

No pictures as we were going opposite directions at a high rate of speed. But as I was going north on US 15 this morning I saw the cars of the Cannonball run heading south. According to the schedule they were heading from Hershey PA to White Sulphur Springs WV. Lots of exotics that I couldn't identify.
I saw a z4 coupe drive past my house on Saturday. Pretty!
Drove my unicorn ('69 Mercury Cougar convertible) to pick up my boys from school and saw an R63. Hoped that it had good head bolts.
I live in an area where Ferraris and Lambos are not that uncommon. Sometimes Veyrons and other supercars roll through. Never saw one of these though. The guy was pretty cool, I think he said it had 36 miles on it.

You should have followed him... I hear the top flies out and the interior crumbles to pieces at 37 miles.

That could explain some of the weird things i saw last week around here. Like the 650s.
I thought all these had gone to China and made into skyscrapers. I present the K car New Yorker.
In reply to Stampie:
I saw a mint, like museum-quality, turbo K-car New Yorker for sale a few months ago. $6000.
They either sold it immediately or started taking their meds because the ad got taken down and hasn't been back since.

Just able to post this today, saw two C7 Z06 Corvettes in Cannonball Run livery headed down the Florida Turnpike last Thursday, they got off on the Jupiter exit. Really neat looking graphics and they weren't flying so maybe it was just a transit stage or something.

That's not just any New Yorker, that's the limousine version!

When I was in PA last month, I spotted this like-new, unmodified, two-toned pignose 240SX coupe. IT even ahd the stock plastic wheel covers!
I just passed a 1978 Celica GT Liftback on the highway. I know it was a 5 speed because it said so on the back.

Saab-aru at the grocery store today ... I was checking it out when the owner came up. Cool guy, got it for a song due to a supposed bad trans, that turned out to be a loose axle. He had to boogie, so I wasn't able to snap a pic.
Shelby CSX!!!!
In Anchorage, Alaska, on ice, with its Fiberides in tact and everything and no one was around but my co-workers (who now refuse to take me out in public)
He's got an SCCA sticker on his back glass.

Whoa! Didn't see that coming!
Does a Brabus Smart count for anything?
It went by too fast but I saw one of the Heritage Ford GT's the other day going home from work.
I would prefer something more along the lines of a dual-sport motorcycle, but have to say that this guy has panache!
1947 (!!!) Bug.
(It was at a VW club meeting, but it was also driven there on the street)
