Did a double take when I saw one of these locally. Suzuki Sambar looking like a truncated old style VW van.

My next door neighbor hosted his annual 4th of July party; his Mom and Dad showed up her California.
This is in a town in west central PA with a population of about two thousand.
I saw three Lancers tonight.
NOT Evolutions. Just base model Lancers, same chassis as the Evo X.
The creepy thing was, they were all blue. Every other Mitsubishi from that era I've ever seen was silver or that weird orange/brown/red kind of color.
All three were in different parts of town. Just weird.
Saw a yellow 1970 Mach 1 on the way to work this morning. From the melodious exhaust note I could tell it was a 4 speed. Sorry, no pic.
Saw a newish Bentley coupe yesterday on the way home from my parent's house.
California has a LOT of nice cars rolling around.
Just saw an amphicar on rt 50 in MD just before the Bay Bridge.
First time ever seeing one of them, let alone on the road.
Nicely restored in aqua.

When I lived up north I lived on a big river, a friend of mine came up the river to the house in his. Was cool to see it come up and out onto land
yesterday, sitting at a light, I had a newer Maserati next to me, from Florida. Sounded good as it pulled away, but that is some trust to drive that from Florida to NJ.
Also yesterday a pristine Samurai tintop. Plenty of soft tops around here, but I have not seen a tintop since they were still in production
while out driving the other day I met two different ZX2's in different places going in the opposite direction. They appeared to be in nice condition, no noticeable rust. At least 15 yrs. in upstate NY is good. I often see other ones too.
Today was fun:
Passed a previous generation Alpina B6 on the way to work.
Picking up parts over lunch saw a GLA45 AMG.
I really like the GLA for some reason.
OK, maybe not a complete unicorn, but this photo of a Eleanor styled Maverick in my neighborhood. This showed up on SF city based blog.
This is one of my favorite cars in this city, very clean.
White Escort Cosworth on the PA turnpike yesterday brought about more questions than I ever want answered.
Blue MGB GT on the way to work this morning.
White and black current generation R8 late this morning.
I guess GTR counts? I see one regularly-ish near home, but saw a different one near work yesterday.
I was way more excited by the MGB GT than any of the others.
Audi S6. Not a real S6, one of the newer ones.
I don't know if it had a ten or a twelve, but it sounded absolutely glorious. Almost as good as an AAN.

Only one of those I've ever seen was in a museum (Canadian Automotive Museum):
I saw a VW Corrado yesterday, those are very rare around here, not sure if I've seen one in the country before, similar to this one:
I just saw a white CRX (first generation?) with autocross livery tool down the road. "51" on the passenger side was all I could make out before it disappeared from view.
And then while driving home, I saw a 4wd Tercel Wagon, apparently well-preserved and being driven by someone for whom it was just a car!
And it had Ohio plates, so it wasn't like someone from the PNW going to college here!
I saw an Edsel. Though it was in somebody's yard with a tree growing through it, so that probably negates unicorn status.

If it was white with Ohio plates, I've met the guy. He also has an Evo IV.
