Recently inherited a Mercedes W202 aka 90s c class. Shocks were done recently with new stock. Springs are original but soft non sport package. Makes the car feel rather boaty.

Looking for spring options that are stiffer but not super low. Or a decent coilover. Google is failing me though.

Besides aftermarket springs, Are there any Mercedes springs that might swap over?

Thoughts?

Look up specs on W124 springs. I recall them being the same diameter but stiffer. Then cut them to the height you want

But cutting them makes them even stiffer, right?

Thanks that part number sent me in the right track. Found a few European sites that differentiates between standard and sports suspension and lists free length, number of coils and wire thickness.

To those posting H&R and Eibach, those are lower than I want

I was thinking, I would call the Mercedes Benz Classic Center in California. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, they helped me when I had my w126. I am sure they have part numbers and possibly the parts as well.
