I'd be happy with a Herbie clone. I was addicted to those movies as a kid.

I always did love those movies.

Just not enough to actually drive a bug on a regular basis.

After recently watching 1960s racing movies, "Lemans" and "Grand Prix," for the first time, I wonder if the original Herbie movies were meant as a spoof on those "serious" racing films(?)

I was a Herbie fan long before I was a car guy.

I loved those movies growing up.

I enjoyed the Dean Jones versions the most.

I've noticed the forum software will do that if you don't leave a space between the last period and the [ / b ]. It will do the same with [ / i ].

I watched the original on Netflix a few months ago, before I dropped the disk option, and loved it again. Later they sent Herbie Goes Bananas, when I forgot to update my list. Horrible, just horrible.
