Please remember I am cheap but I do love quality.
I have one of the cheap ones that hook up to a cell phone. They work well for occasional use. Amazon carrys a bunch of them in the $50 range.
However I just dropped the coin on Milwaukee's M12 version. It works very well and I dont have to screw around with the phone.

I love every single Milwaukee tool I've ever purchased. Perhaps it's time to spend some money?
I'm cheap too, but my first borescope let me down when the app for it got pulled from the App Store... I had no way to use it on my new phone and I couldn't get other apps to work with it so I was out of luck.
This time I did still cheap out and get a crummy imported replacement from Scamazon, but with a built in display just so I could keep my phone in my pocket. Not saying you have to spend extra too get the name brand ones, but I'm glad I payed a little extra for the screen!
The USB ones I've used are terrible. The Autel I bought was worse. The Snap on one I refuse to pay for is sweet

Wow I went by A Milwaukee dealer to pick up the borescope. Gulp! $259 ? Sorry, walked right back out.
I was looking at the $59 ones on Amazon.
Skybasic Industrial Endoscope 1080P with 16 foot lead. $52.00 on Amazon. Works for me and didn't break the bank. If it was something I used often I might be able justify a few hundred dollars but for occasional use I can't.
I have one of the Amazon ones that plug into your phone. I've had it about a year and used it a few times. Mine needs to be charged which is annoying, because every time you go to use it the battery is dead so you have to wait 30 minutes for a charge. The picture quality isn't great but it's acceptable. If I used it more I would've spent more but for occasional use it does the job.

Home Depot had it on sale for $200. Still not cheap, but the M12 stuff I have works every time and I always have charged batteries for it.
The Amazon versions work, they are just a little more difficult to deal with.
This one is the de-facto answer for the aircraft world. Somewhat cheaper here.
I think an important feature is the ability to have it turn 180 degrees after you put it in because you really want to be able to get a good look at the valves. It doesn't look like the Milwaukee one will do that.
Some real world shots with it:
