or planes even!
then you can tow it with because miata!
I wrote a suggestion, deleted it because it seemed too stupid, and now I'm sharing it; lowered 2WD Suzuki Samari. Tin-top preferred. There was that Challenge Jeep Cherokee that apparently handled extremely well, I think it could be copied for suspension ideas.

I knew someone with a wildly ported 13b in a lowered 2wd samurai it was fast and loud. Yes he was from PR if you were wondering.

Oh...look for a tin top Tracker, they made some in the early 90's. 2wd boxy goodness.

Stop it , I'm looking at it tomorrow
So; it would have been a good car for a 13b but now it will get the 2.3 16v I've been hoarding muwahaha

I agree that throwing 3x Hp than a chasis was designed for is often a bad idea. That's why I want to graft a Miata suspension on one of those pupys. That, along with my 5-speed 914 transmission would make a very nice host for a 13b
Nice Chandler, all it needs euro head lights. Looks like a full AMG body kit and BBS. Good looking car.

What's not to like
Ford Model A front suspension????? twice????
4.2 Jag engine (I suspect for reliability???)
6 tires
6 brakes
1946 Fiat body "all Fiberglass" on a hand built frame, Ford 9" rear end, Ford model A front end (both of them), 4.2 Jaguar inline 6 DOC, and dual Stromberg carbs. auto. trans. alum. fuel cell, duel radiators mounted on either side. All 6 rims are spoked with new rubber, N 50s on the back. 6 sets of brakes. Front wheels turn at different degrees of angle, so they won't drag. All the ribbing is in place on the fiberglass body. This is a 20 plus year-old project, and needs someone with more time to carry on the dream. The hard parts are done, needs a finisher. The only way you will ever see another one is to build it yourself. 3500.00 or best offer, Serious inquiries only. Call, or text Bill at 740-644-8578
