Another vote for the LS400s. Might be a little short on MPGs but I don't think you'll mind much, seems to hit everything else on your list.. I've seen some second gen 95-97 have been creeping down with some reaching the price range of the 1st gen. I found a 1 owner 95 with a lot of recent work done and in great condition for $2000 not too long ago, was thinking very hard about buying it and selling my well sorted 93. Would have broken even or came out ahead.
Mazda 626, 929 or Millenia could fit the bill
