So the business stuff is slowly chugging along. After having my 1996 civic daily driver stolen on Thursday, and having had my truck advertised for sale and it selling as of tonight, I needed to get this stuff figured out.

So I should be buying a 2007 GMC 2500HD with a 6.0L and a 6 speed 6L90E today. Its a bit rough around the edges, but it should tide me over both personally and business wise for the next year or two :) 4x4 with 410's, does 66mph at 2000rpm. Is rated for 12.5k towing capacity, which is perfect, it gives me some head room if I run a 20' aluminum trailer.

Woo! Eventually I'd like to replace the box as it is dented pretty good. Has a stumble at idle which I think is spark plugs. All for $6k

2007.5, the NBS (new body style) with the 353hp, 373torques 6.0L, 6 speed auto, and 410 rear gears. 200k kms :)

Needs a tune to get rid of all the torque management desperately, but it looks like it is getting the same city (and better highway) mileage than my 1993 K1500 (215hp and 300torques), so that is a bonus!

It blows me away how much better of a truck it is in every single way imaginable. Even compared to the GMT800 (1999-2006) trucks. My father has a 2004 crew cab 1500 4x4 and this thing is quieter, gets the same mpg, and can tow more.
