The guy that picked the machine up for me sent me another video. The 400cc engine apparently has almost 30 hp and will put it over 30 mph. That may be fairly terrifying.
He says one of the clutches is slipping so it doesn't like to turn left. I'll have some fiddling to do when I get it home.

It took a while to make the 2000+ mile trip, but soon...
If that thing doesn't get a turret that shoots tennis balls I will be sorely disappointed.
