I'm doing a custom power steering mount-up right now. I have a good supplier for the high-pressure side crimped hose (discount) but I am looking for hose for the return side and reservoir/pump line.

What do folks like that is really flexible? I'm looking to maximize the flexibility because some of the bends will be tight. Temp rating is a concern, since the car will be tracked, RPMs will be high, the return side uses a flow restrictor, etc.

As far as I know the return side on most PS systems is low/no pressure so almost any hose that is compatable with PS fluid should work.

For systems with a standard low pressure return line, I usually just use trans cooler hose. It'll handle the temps / oil exposure just fine and I've never had an issue with it.
