Okay, round 2 of whats this car.
It is stockish to make it easier. There are plenty of clues and the reflection of me taking the photo is not a clue. Hey, I was wearing me SAE hat that day

I feel stupid asking, but this is a joke, right? What "stockish" car rides on huge Goodyears mounted to what look like center-locking wheels? Not to mention that the photo makes it look like this car is sitting A LOT lower than most cars found on a dealer's lot.
In round 1 it was a carbon fiber tub so it was asked to be a little more stockish next time. Okay, it's not open wheel this time, so that is stockish, yes?
Can't help on make or model, but I'll bet that's some sort of SCCA GT tubeframe car.
Of course, this is coming from the guy that almost suggested the Dallara tub was a Barber School car..
Modern enough that it has smooth plastic bumpers.
Center lock because race car.
I don't think I'm right, but since nobody has suggested it......mustang?

Good guess and darn close, but no pie
Hint: the front is to the left in the photo.
I would say Viper but I've never seen a gray Viper, racing or otherwise. That wide-ass wheel well opening is what makes it look like the Viper GTS-R. But the wheel offset is wrong.

We have a winner. I was just looking for just a name but a photo is worth a thousand words when it is the exact car. How did you find it?
It is a RS chassis Vet body Trans-am/GT1
VERY GOOD.
Shall we play again?
