I got curious about whether the TRD supercharger was available directly from the factory and went looking. According to the TRD website (Under the "click for disclaimer" option.
"The TRD Supercharger is to be sold as dealer-installed or over-the-counter options after the retail sale of the vehicle. The Supercharger may not be sold to the customer at the same time as the new vehicle and may not be financed together with the new vehicle. Please see the TRD catalog, visit www.trdusa.com or call 800-688-5912 for a complete list of TRD products and warranty information. Emission-legal for aftermarket sale via C.A.R.B. Executive Order."
So, having the Toyota dealer install the TRD supercharger onto your Tundra is no different than having the Ford dealer install the Roush supercharger on your F-150.
Blower does not void warranty to my knowledge and when I worked at the dealer, we sold new trucks equipped with them regularly and financed them (maybe that wasn't a think toyota North America endorsed, I dont know). I think all of the dealer installed components you listed as long as they dont void warranties should also be considered here. I say bravo to the oems for offering these options. My point is that if you are looking for a factory hotrod truck, you have options from lots of oems. I personally, love that.
So which of the sport trucks have manual options?

For the new ones? None. There's only a handful of pickups available with a stick at all. Most of the compact trucks and the Ram 2500 / 3500.

This one. However... at 278hp @ 6000 rpm/265 lb.-ft. @ 4600 rpm with 4.33 final drive it's only a hod rod if this is 1995. It's "peppy", not blistering.

5.3L Chevy Colorado
This only came in auto but I always thought it would be fun (and if I remember it was dirt cheap at the time, but that's because it was also a Colorado).
0-60 in 6.9
1/4 in 15.2
Shows an original sticker of $30k but at the time with rebates I think you could get it for closer to $25k.
Yeah, there's still the problem of it being a Colorado, which was an ugly miserable piece of junk
I have only one problem with an automatic in a sport truck. And that is if it has a loud exhaust. The sound of an automatic shift in truck with a loud exhaust is literately the sound of giving up.
So to me automatic = quiet exhaust.
In reply to Nick (Bo) Comstock:
Yeah, I'll agree with that. The slushbox in the Jeep with a fairly loose converter sounds pretty crappy when you're driving gently and the revs don't drop a lot on shifts. Once you lay into it, it sounds fine though, as you get much bigger rpm drops on each shift.

The 5.3 Colorados were cool, but they were NOT cheap compared to a 5.3 Silverado. You had to WANT the lower size and weight to pay the same money for a less capable truck, and thus hardly any were sold.
The Adrenalin truck is often forgotten but did have the 300hp 3v version of ford's V8 and should be only a bit slower than that Colorado.
