I am curious about the asking price. Not because I would buy it (not in the cards) but because a documented, sorted 944 V8 may be easy to sell right here. Or not. But without a price, it's merely speculation.
So maybe identify a price, or don't (and use an auction) service. GLWS

... When selling project cars, the obstacle to overcome is that people want it to be "Their project" based on "Their" prized car. We all hate living in "The Smith's old house" 25 years after they moved out.... Have some ideas in mind that you can present as projects for the new owner to take the car to a "next level" and hence able to present it as their own.
I look at project cars different. Because I know nothing about it, EVERYTHING is suspect, the engine, every fluid hose and connector, every electrical connector, and every suspension pivot. It's hard to convince me to "just change this one thing and it'll be awesome" because I don't trust any of it, at least for a while.
Don't need to "change this one thing and it'll be awesome". It already IS awesome because not only have I changed that one thing, I also changed all the other things that you need to do...
Seriously I doubt there's a more sorted track/street LS swapped car in the US. I've been working on this car for 6 years and it's been a constant evolution.
I've looked around at what other sorted LS swaps are selling for, whether they're FD's, or E36's etc and I'm comfortable in what I'm asking as all the other good ones are asking the same or more.
I don't want this to become a FS ad, if anyone is seriously interested in the car and doesn't want to wait until I can take more pics and post an ad, drop me an email and I'll send you a complete build synopsis with my asking price.
