Ford 302 but Edelbrock Performer heads.  Fuel injected and fairly aggressive cam.  What plugs do I put in this thing?

What's the compression ratio?

Are the pistons flat top or do they have a dome?

What's the size of the combustion chamber?

Check with Edelbrock if you don't know?

With that info you should be able to figure out C:R.

Also most likely the plugs required will have a gasket and not be a tapered seat as Ford used on may of their cast iron heads.

These are the heads and this is a relevant post from 12 years ago that the internet puked up about them.

Bottom end of the engine is factory 5.0 from a 2000 Explorer.

OK, so it appears these plugs are the ones to get.  Is there a particular model number that anyone out there recommends?

Try stock Autolites, or Motocraft. run them, I forget what the gap is.  The stock plug should be able to handle it.  Pull and read the plugs.

Based on all of that, I'd say either a stock plug (or one with the right seat and same tip projection, etc.) or you could go 1 heat range colder for more knock margin.
