BMRS, for many years, is/was a huge supporter of FSAE teams. Look up your local team, reach out, ask if they have the tools and if you can donate some pizzas next time they have a shop night.
Good idea on the FSAE teams. UGA and Kennesaw State both have active FSAE teams
Might try Colliflower (https://www.colliflower.com/georgia-locations) - they have a bewildering array of hose fittings and also have the crimp tooling to do most of them onsite. No idea about your specific hoses, but they might be the easy button.
I bought collars and had them crimped at a hydraulic shop, probably not ideal but seemed to work

That was plan B. But I think I found a solution. Origin Fabrication is about 90 minutes from me and is set up for it. They are also cool with me bringing my full mock-up to their place and fitting it on the engine in real time versus measuring and hoping for lucky.
