What's faster than a gtr off the line and cheaper? Obviously grassroots preferred.
Pretty much any powerful RWD car on drag slicks. Heck, there are even FWD K-cars that out-60' a GT-R when they're using slicks.
On street tires? There are some AWD cars that can 60' faster, but i dont think any of them can do it consistently long term without a good driver and upgraded parts.
Keep in mind, the GT-R launch is only special because of street tires and a total lack of needing driver skill. Take out either of those two things and any number of cars and people have been launching harder for decades.
