Not for the dolly but possibly for the car on it. I towed my Golf racecar on a dolly without a tag for a few years and never got pulled, but I drove like a saint so as to not attract attention.

This is the best I've found. A bit pricey, though. The best part is, it isn't blue or white. Tan on tan is a nice combo, IMO.

agreed.$2k for that as clean as the body is, that's fair. I'd still offer them $1750 though because I'm just like that.

A 1979 Caprice Wagon has turned up 2 blocks away. 350 CI 65,000 miles. Did these have a turbo 350 transmission?

Yep. TH350 was the trans in all of them up through 1983 IIRC. By '84 they were using the TH200-4R in the 307 and the 700R4 in the 350 cars.

Alright pic taken.  He's a hoarder.  Probably won't sell but the 2dr is in his Aunts yard and she wouldn't mind seeing it gone.  He also has an Accord Wagon and dually rotting away.
