From what I can find the only dedicated group for these cars is a tapatalk forum that's been inactive for quite a few years, I can't find any count of how many were made but it seems to be very few. If you're thinking about buying one of these you should just assume it would be like buying a homebuilt car.
I've always loved the IMSA body shape and this would be fun as a track day toy, perhaps with a Hayabusa engine for better top speed. I say that last bit because the tracks around here (SoCal) are large open courses where if your top speed is <150 mph, it won't be very competitive... that is, if winning a $5 plastic trophy is important.

When I was looking around I found that earlier models used sportbike engines and later models switched to a Renesis.
