Correct. $15k was generous, seller should have cut it loose. I'm guessing they imported it and were unpleasantly surprised by the amount of rust, so off to C&B it went...

Totally Agree. When you can fit a couple of fingers through the rust holes, that is a mess. Especially for an Evo 4. 15K was generous.
