I purchased a 3.3 Porsche race motor with a Zytec ECU The motor was built around 2002. I need any info I can get concerning the unit. There is no marking on the "box" and Zytec offers no support

It will be very hard to find the software but you might contact Peter Dawe at Dawespeed to see if he can steer you in the right direction. Many older Indy and CART cars used Zytec and I know there is a fellow who does a lot with them so it might be worth some asking around. IMHO the best thing you can do if you want to tune the engine is to swap out the zytec for a MoTeC, DTA, or similar ECU. If the Zytec is running fine then maybe just live with it until it gives you issues then replace it.

It's not ZyteK? if that's it, they have a webpage- http://www.zytekmotorsport.co.uk/zytek/

A quick search of zytec ECU keeps pointing back to Zytek, and that you may have ot send the module back to England for work.
