a mass produced bike with an engine:

1. Air Cooled

2. DOHC

3. Four Valves per cylinder

4. 350cc Single

?

I can find some SOHC Hondas with two valves, but I'm not aware of anyone with DOHC and four valves...

Yamaha XT350 should do the trick. Suzuki's DR350 hits all the marks except it is SOHC.

Tons of single cylinder motorcycles with four valve heads are SOHC. I used to wonder why, and think it is probably because motorcycles really benefit from less mass up high, and space around the cylinder head and cam drive is at a premium. A more compact design has more room for cooling (air or liquid) fuel and fuel delivery, ignition components, and airbox. If SOHC four valves seem to easily deliver 100-130hp/liter normally aspirated, why bother with all the hassle of DOHC?

Came here to say XT350 - I had one for my first "real" dirt bike. 6 speed transmission, too. For what it was, I did really like that engine.
