I'm doing a thorough service/mini resto on a 1989 Kawasaki KLR250 for an acquaintance, and having one hell of a time finding replacement fork boots in blue. Kawasaki has discontinued them, and Daystar has discontinued their MX00482RB boots that I found frequently referenced online as a replacement option. In fact, I've now been refunded by five different online stores that list either the Kawasaki or Daystar boots, but nobody actually has them, they just haven't updated their stores!!
Medium blue to darkish blue boots needed. The upper measurement is 1.410"/36mm and the lower is 2.2"/56mm. Extended length is 11ish inches, but there is probably a small bit of fudge room for all of these dimensions.
Go!
I do not have boots. I do not know where to get boots, but I think I have a gasket or two. If you PM m an address I will mail them out.
