Oh, theres a couple things I'm concerned about that are unique '04 issues, but when I go to buy another bike, it'll be a well maintained '05 zx10 or a new MV F4.
The only reason I went with this zx10 is that I knew it was as represented and had been gone through by someone who I trust. Otherwise I echo your sentiment.

Better than a K8 gixxer with its "We saved 5lbs by not welding the frame properly" issue......

Widowmaker - 0, Paul - 1.
Mid 30's outside so I released the bike from my living room dungeon, that Arrow makes intoxicating noises.
This morning I went riding as long as I could before I had to go to work, So worth it.... Now I'm still at work 13 hours later
I have an atv for the dunes, and have been seriously considering getting back on a bike for cruising forest roads and commuting to work.
Anyone got a drz400s for sale? :-)

Ouch, glad I have a 9-5 m-f.......
So long as we don't get any snow tonight, I might ride to work Mon or Tues. Supposed to be mid-upper 50's here.
My new helmet is oh so comfy and doesn't fog.
There's a real good chance I'll ride to work this week. 35F seems warm these days.

I rode to work this morning, was 33 when I left home. Made me wish I had leather pants, but otherwise wasn't too bad. Funniest part was that the bike never passed 160* on the temp gauge. It is supposed to be 60 around the time I get off work, so that should feel awesome.
I'm pulling out the Murdercycle in the next 2 hours. Yesssss.

I'm on the bike now.... its going to be in the 70's until wednesday lol. And I only work on the weekends during this time of the year in order to get ready for graduation.... because I work at a school lol. Good perks though, like summer. I still have to come in, but I get off around noon but get paid for 8.

I ride year around as long as there isn't snow and ice on the road. This week is a business trip to Atlanta, so I road the k1200s up from Nashville on Sunday. It's a decent ride and the weather wasn't too bad, but I don't have side bags, so made do with a backpack for my laptop and one of these for clothes: http://www.amazon.com/Nelson-Rigg-CTB-350-RiggPak-Dayrunner-Luggage/dp/B000RH20T0/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1394501109&sr=8-3&keywords=nelson+riggs+350
This is the first time I used the day runner pack and I've got to say I really like it. Normally I have my bike set up for solo riding with a Corbin smugglers trunk, but I put the passenger seat and backrest on for the pack to sit on and strap too. Worked out really well. At this point the k1200s has around 50k miles and the final drive seal is leaking a little, but I topped it off before the trip....def something I need to fix soon.

Its a shame the first gen firebird wasn't sitting there instead.
It's sunny and warm today. Almost 50F. I have nothing to cruise around on or in except a 7000 diesel truck. I need to have a berkeleying garage sale ... as soon as I amass enough liquid cash I'm either flying west and riding home on one of these:
or... buying a TR-6/GT-6 the same way and driving as far as I can before I have to push it.
Damn, I need a bike.
I would love a big GS, But I can't afford it lol

I see them off-season in the 4-7k range with pretty low miles. 2003-2005 seem to be the sweet spot.
I like bikes. I like living more. Thus, I drive cars.
You're more alive on a bike than you'll ever be in a cage.

Everyone forgets, you're still just as dead at the end of it all.
I took my bike to work this morning, nothing like wringing it's neck first thing in the morning.
I love camping with my GL650I, there is nothing on earth better than leaving early and watching the world wake up from the seat of a motorcycle.

That pic makes me want to watch Long Way Round again. I think I'll do that tomorrow.
