I tried the same thing. The results were depressing. the results in order they appeared were:
Jag X type
Buick Lacrosse
Viper
Chubby Impala
Focus
Saturn Aura
Cavalier

So Exotic is meaningless in CL

I keep looking at Maserati Coupes. Manual ones are available and that Ferrari based V8 is just amazing even without the flat plane crank.

I'm seriously looking at Boxsters and XKR's, but I see those both as one step below exotic.

A local mechanic that services exotics told me that most of them respond well to being driven a lot. He said the guys that have a lot of trouble with them are the ones that let them sit a month at a time then expect them to perform well. Take it for what it's worth.
