Yeah.  I have to deal with the coons that city-folk dump up here on my property.  I suggest dumping (the dead body) somewhere.

I have ducks and so far have had good luck not losing them to predators. A few geese will usually watch over the flock as will guinea fowl. Guinea fowl also taste like pheasant and have kept down the Japanese beetles

My wife wanted to dump the half grown possum. Which i was fine with. Raccons and foxes will not be treated so nicely.

Steal a page from restaurants at the beach. Run fishing line back and forth over the area in a grid 15' off the ground.
