I guess it would depend on what they're peddling.

Fit woman in tight bike shorts and bike jersey on road bike=hot hot.
I've visited a couple of the sites that have pictures from this and other naked bike rides around the world. Some women are really good looking and have great paint schemes.. Others ehh not so much.
If you dont want to see a fit woman in tight bike shorts riding a bike...DONT LOOK,..........DUH!!!!!

Or in front of!
Also, I'm pretty sure UF's Undie run would give them an aneurysm!

Next one will probably be in April. Plenty of time to do a E36 M3load of situps!
Just to piont out as well, they aren't complaining about the fit dudes in shorts, just the chicks. I should sue, its sexist. I am being discriminated against by not being singled out to be harrased. It doesn;t matter that I am not in shape, live in Colorado and adamantly refused to get on a wheeled vehicle that doesn't burn fuel. I have been offended. Furthermore, should I travel to this fair place, they are infrigning on my right to oggle fit ladies in cyclist gear
You see, here's the sad/amusing part, depending on your frame of mind:
From the article: Hasids are forbidden from looking at members of the opposite sex who aren't fully dressed, said local activist Isaac Abraham.
The message that this code is meant to convey is that you should find, within yourself, the willpower to resist your temptaions. This message has been lost, long ago, by many different cultures, and twisted into something completely different. Such as, women should not be allowed to wear things that expose any flesh or even women should not be allowed in certain places, for they might pose a temptation for men.
The idea of self control is overshadowed by the desire to control others.

I was working at Gator City a few years ago and had no idea what this was. Saw people running in their underpants, took my clothes off joined in, ran back to work, kicked a few people out, and have been participating in it since.
But when I read the title of the thread I immediately thought of Grand Theft Auto and running these shiny happy persons over that ride on the very edge of the bike lane pretty much in the vehicle lane. Or the groups of these shiny happy persons who ride the whole width of a street and then flick you off when you honk the horn for them to get out of the way. There have been some mornings on my way to work were I just want to go GTA on them. But most of the time I just honk my horn, if they flick me off they get a half full energy drink thrown at them, and I chuckle and get on with my day.

Well, that's not very nice of you.
I understand that if you have not ridden a bike on the road yourself you may not realize the hazards that await you in the "bike lane", such as tire-cutting road debris that gets swept off the road, parked cars, piles of leaves and stuff people are throwing away that they pile in the bike lane so that it doesn't destroy the grass on their curb lawn.
I also understand that it might delay your commute by a whole thirty seconds if the riders ride two or three abreast, but they are doing that so that cars don't squeeze by them and "GTA" them off the road. Certainly you will be able to make up any time lost once you pass the cyclists safely. I mean, you are driving a car after all.
Think about the fact that those riders have every legal right to be on the road, in the vehicle lane even when a bike lane is present. They are other people, husbands, wives, sons, daughters and possibly someone you know. Would you throw a drink at someone standing in line in front of you that didn't shuffle forward fast enough? At a school bus? I doubt it. It is not their responsibility to "get out of your way" any more than any other road user. It is your responsibility as a driver to pass the other road users in a safe manner. It would serve you well to remember that the next time your impaitence gets the better of you.
Remember that your actions are considered assault. While I don't condone cyclists who don't obey the traffic laws, the situations that you described do not indicate that they broke any laws, only that you did. And that you enjoy intimidating others from the safety of your car.
Good day sir.
I love my bicycle. I ride in the park often. But would you ever see me on a road where the speed limit is over 25? Berkeley no! You wont see me on a motorcycle, either. People have got to realize that when they are on a bike they are the lowest on the totem pole. I give people on bikes a wide berth, and try to be considerate, but we live in a fairly hilly area, and there are alot of people out there for excersize type riding...I am not going over a hill in the other lane to give a cyclist room. If I have to hit a car, or bicycle, its going to be the bike. I dont want to hit a car head on. Plus, the bike has a better view of the road further ahead, as being much higher off the ground than us in the cars. I dont want anyone to get hurt, least of all me.

American soil. They can dress however they want. The folks who are uptight about it are SOL.

Exactly. Don't pass when it's not safe. Passing on a hill would not be legal and it's definately not safe.
