Just my opinion, but it seemed as if drivers could pass a lot easier than they could in recent years. But that probably has as much to do with the smaller rear spoiler as the EFI.

they also played with the grille opening and a few other things to prevent cars from staying paired up nose to tail, which had to affect the aero of the car.
the efi in and of itself probably didn't make the cars run any different since they probably had the most highly refined racing carburetors in the world before..
