I couldn't find any others references to religion in the Constitution in a quick text search (for "relig"), but I'm no constitutional scholar. I guess it's arguably a misquote in that it's not "...But no religious test..." but it doesn't seem to me to meaningfully change the quote. I was just curious, so I looked it up, I'm certainly not going to ask you to defend that in the middle of the hotlink thread
Not when there are supercharged two strokes to ponder...
Yes, it was a tough day at work driving this road over and over again for the camera in a 480 hp Miata.

What is wrong with the first statement? Unless my ctrl-F is failing me it is 100% correct. The second mention of religion was added to the Bill of Rights, which were the first 10 Amendments to the Constitution, and being Amendments were not part of the original Constitution.
Constitution of the United States
For the record, I am asking you to defend your statement in the middle of the hotlink thread, and 2 internets if you can do it with hotlinks.

Reminds me of the car I spotted down near the Pa./ W. Va. line back in '79. Same color, similar condition but the nose was busted up a liitle. Car sitting out back but the wing was a dead give away, pulled the company van right in. Actually got to BS w/ the owner... and NO, it wasn't for sale.

As anime tattoos go, that one's better than most. I knew "One Piece" fans were crazy, though. Back when I worked at CTN/AS, a buddy of mine showed me some of the hate mail we got for the bad translations and editing that it had (we had the rights to the earlier 4Kids version). They hated that stuff so much that they actually made fan art when Funimation decided to pick it up and try to fix it.
Hmm...seems like Funimation's business model is to let other companies make anime fans mad, pick up the pieces after those companies fail, and then pick up the rights so cheap that they can actually redub the thing and still make money. Logan stumbled across their redub of Initial D on Netflix last month, Fm didn't fix every mistake Tokyopop made..but they sure came close. IIRC, they even got the "..replace those 70 series tires.." correct. Hell, I was just happy to see the real music back. Everything else was gravy.
The version of InitialD on Netflix isn't the Tokyopop one? Hmm, I might have to give that show another shot.
My favorite car anime.

Why does her Mustang have the license plate from the Bluesmobile on it?
(this is a replica that was in my shop for some service a few weeks ago)

Year of our Lord is a calender reference. Not a religious one. The first one is what the original post was talking about.
No internets for you!!!
Although you do get a soup Nazi for knowing your Constitution. Very good job.
You'll need to log in to post.
