Yup.

Cars like that are why I find Car Craft more interesting than Hot Rod.

So many terrible embouchures... And it really bugs me when uptight groups like that play swing-oriented things.

I love the aesthetic of them, but realize that they're really horrible to drive. Here's that same car getting stuck trying to exit a driveway.

There's more than one way to enjoy automobiles. Some people track cars, some show them, some like to tinker....there are lots of facets to the hobby, and I'm open to more than one. I've had fun sitting at car shows with my parents and talking to people who come by about their AMX. I seem to recall you saying that sort of thing would bore you to tears. I've never hung around dorifto kids or herraflush guys, but I'd say I have more in common with them than with someone who views a car as a mere appliance.

edit: there's also this

What I don't get is that it wouldn't take much thought/effort to predict that and just build the rear end with an airbag system with enough travel to keep the car from high centering in standard situations.

This one doesn't have that problem...

It's unpossible to forget a movie featuring Charlotte Rampling.
