Pretty sure that's EXACTLY what that is. It grows everywhere like that here in ol' Georgy. Makes me wonder where that was taken...
EDIT: And we do have blackberries here as well, but they don't have those nice three-cluster leaf sets. Maybe it's some itchy-berry hybrid.
