It's amusing how close Clinton is with Bushes 1 and 2.
I think it's pretty dang cool. George W has basically said he's done with the bull E36 M3 politics that surround someone when they're president. Based on how he's responded to the baiting questions he's been asked since leaving office, I believe him.
W is staring to look a lot more like H W these days. Hotlink:

I don't find it that strange, who else has shared those same experiences? Once past the domestic bickering they all had to deal with the world stage, threats to the country, war, the economy. I bet they have far more in common than most of us with deeply held political views to either the left or the right would like to admit.
Not strange at all. Both have demonstrated an aptitude for post presidential influence peddling as a way to put food on the table. I can see a huge synergy to be had by joining forces to cover more bases and have a larger basket of products.

What horrible colour for that beautiful car.
I'd like to know what happened to that car. It's got Packard Eight bumpers, Twelve headlights, the wrong windscreen and the sidemount covers are missing.
It's also supposed to have a pinstripe in the lighter colour areas.

Made those for my kids a few weeks ago.
I'd use the Han Solo one to make chocolate. Preferably with a crunchy and/or gooey center.

They truly, deeply, didn't understand suspension geometry in the '30s and '40s.
They had different objectives. Positive camber made for easier steering and better wheel bearing loads. I'd also imagine that wire wheels also had a factor but I'm fortunate enough to not have ever needed to know anything about those.

I was unaware of FSM until recently. Things make so much more sense to me now.
You berkeleyers have me looking at Mazda2s as a possible second car. I found a few manual cars a few hundred miles away. I was looking at this particular blue one on Autotrader and ran across this pic:
Durrrrrrr!
Not a flattering angle by any means

I love that color scheme, but it is more appropriate on a commercial truck. I would add a red pinstripe.
The new Honda is most displeased with your lack of winning.
