I'm speechless:
Something very similar to this happened about 1/2 a mile up the road from where I grew up. We lived in a small rural English village on the side of the hill. The winter or 76/77 was known as a mini ice age, very cold and lots and lots of snow. A double decker bus went up the hill, had poor traction. The driver got it stuck sideways across the road and the snow drifted all the way up the side so you couldn't see the bus at all from the downhill side. IT was there for several days, closing the road and adding several miles of detour until they could dig it out.
Brazilian market Karmann Ghia tc 145. The bastard step child of a 911 and a regular Karmann Ghia. I always like Brazilians!

That was a Pinto right? Was that a front end kit? It's really really cool. Are there many left or do the molds still exist?
In reply to Adrian_Thompson :
It was a kit called Pangra. Developed by a Ford guy at a California dealership. Multiple kit levels. 1 was fiberglass front end as shown. 2 was inside cockpit with Recaros ad gauges. 3 was strenghtening ford 2.0 internals. 4 was adding turbocharger. You added the kits together. All were on the body style shown although 1 was rumored to be done on the wagon.
Dude. That on the Pinto Wagon would be awesome!
EDIT: IT IS! found this in a random Google search for Pangra wagon. no knowledge of it, but it looks bad ass!
