Hopefully now that I have photos of it with the 18's on I'll feel more motivated to get the transmission in so I can button up the rest of the car then get it driving so I can make sure its ready to take to Gimli at least once this year if scheduling/funding cooperate...

I feel like this could go in the minor confession thread. Or the minor rant thread. Or the minor win thread.
I admit that I'm helping Mr. Bezos take over the earth. BUT THE CONVENIENCE!

1st order was a bunch of small Omni parts and carpet.
2nd order was some stuff for the white neon since it's been acting up/stuff like oil filters, drain plugs, and brake shoes.
3rd order was split between me and old man of $260 in seals and gaskets for a old tractor.

I know where there's one of those sitting in a storage container. Needs a door and an engine. 356 Karmann Coupes were cheap(ish) for a long time, but I really like them.

I realize now the MGB has those as well, so I can calm down a bit. (EDIT: well not this one, apparently, but my GT does)
Happy birthday Stella! Born 5 years ago, we got her from the Puppy Bowll the following January. Never had a small dog before. She's curious about everything, only barks when a stranger walks up the driveway. She doesn't leave out non-fenced in yard, chases chipmunks and bunnies (never caught one) and spends her time in the jungle; our garden of greenery that's 1 - 2ft tall.
Made up our "missed" April wedding here yesterday, at a spot we stumbled across accidentally ~4 years ago. Had our families and that's about it. I'm a married man!
