Memories...
The longest I've owned a car was my first year of production Panther LTD. Fourteen years, 140,000 miles.
Wish I had a picture.
Here's my most recent purchase. Finally driving it.

Still way too hot for that here.
PROTIP: If you move the frog's rock very slowly, he'll think everything is fine and you can take his picture:

It was a touch to warm, but was tired of looking at all my sticks.

Summer ends around Thanksgiving here. If we're lucky.
Hurricane season doesn't peak until September 10, ends December 1, although I've seen them continue to January.

That'll keep you indoors. Hopefully, no tornadoes.
It looks like that every day here during the summer. A tornado missed my house by about 100 feet a few weeks ago. Roof has to be replaced, but it didn't come off.
Edit: forgot the obligatory image. We do get to do this year round, at least.

Wild winds, lots of rain, but we are good, it rains daily basically during summer.

This is every afternoon from about June to October. These small but powerful storms pop up with little warning. The lightning is unreal sometimes. And sometimes the larger storms may produce a tornado, like Floating Doc experienced.

We have pop up storms all summer here, lightning, pop up tornados included. I was worried it wanna gonna be like the one we had this spring.
That back yard is a 6ft drop to the lowest from the street.
