I had the opportunity to see Zappa plays Zappa when I was living out west. Dweedle and Moon Unit playing their dad's songs. I thought it was an awesome show, it confused the hell out of the friends I dragged along.
One of my dad's favorite stories was the time he shared a joint with Frank before a show. Him and his buddy got to the Palace early and were just walking around and Frank was hanging out on stage, they just walked up and started taking to him. They hung out and shot the E36 M3 for like 30 minutes like they did it every day.

In reply to Hasbro (Forum Supporter) : There are a number of items in this photo that should not be body color. The distributor access plate is super cool (it was black) but the little pieces that were cad plated make it look like a cheap respray . Do you have any history on this car?

You are correct, it is a respray but it looks pretty good. The previous owner spent hundreds of hours getting it to OEM standards. I'll start a build thread soon - it definitely won't stay stock.
