The Corolla will likely be put up for sale next spring depending on how my health is at the time. I doubt I'll ever be 100% again.
I now it is is worth more than just challenge budget, but it would be nice if whoever bought it could run the car in a future event.

(TurnerX19: I know you went to a lot of events at Bridgehampton back in the day. Might you have been there to see this?)

Those were the days. When men wore funny looking hats and Oldsmobiles were small.

I will never be even 1/10th as cool as this guy. If it weren't for WWII vets, I doubt I'd ever even meet anyone half as cool as Steve McQueen.
Meme stolen from the internet. No info on it, but I like the 10AE

Yup.
(Do you know how hard it is to find an image of Zoe, with the Mare's Laig, in its holster?)

She is a beautiful woman and I loved her character on Firefly/Serenity. That was one of the best-cast shows every produced.

No. But I am glad you did.

This is such a great pic. I wish it was better clarity. Bruce Meyer (great car guy, look him up. No, not the Manx dune buggy guy. No "s" on the end of his name.) He was either buying the Speedster from Steve, or selling it back to him. That's a great story in itself. But in this pic, the dog takes the show. I feel bad for Bruce in this compromising situation captured for posterity. Notice bell bottom jeans. That gives you a sense of the era. And Steve McCool is drinking a beer from a can, which wasn't cool in those days. But then it became cool after he did it. (With a little help from PLN.)

Ummm, nope. Never. Go berkeley yourself. Not no, but berkeley no.
In reply to preach (dudeist priest) :
I rarely agree 100% with anything anyone ever says, but this is one of those rare cases.
