Ball-Bartoe JW-1 Jetwing. It was a blown-wing prototype, which reportedly worked pretty well, having a top speed of 400mph but being controllable as slow as 40mph.

Commonly called the Baka bomb. Bakatari meaning stupid in Japanese.
