It's a CJ7 - the rear of the tub is pretty much unprotected (well, the whole tub is) and the rear wheels are chucking water, salt and slush both at a couple of seams and the unprotected metal. The result isn't pretty...
Seriously, it looks like he was trying to cross a salt marsh in reverse, buried it up to the top of the wheel wells and let it sit for 3 years like that.
