Crazy Hottie Free to Return to the US...

I followed this a little during the trial because I work with a bunch of Italians & it was the topic of much discussion.
The biggest reason she was found guilty was her cute smiles. Many of the jurists said she should have been sad her "friend" was killed. The newspapers all during the trial kept writing about this. They found no evidence she was even there at the time & there were even witnesses stating this. But as my friends from Italy would say "she is American, she is in Italy, she is guilty". Glad she is free.

Its amazing how someone who wasn't there for the murder and wasn't there for the trial somehow knows better than a jury if a person is guilty or innocent. Just amazing. We should just save a wopping amount of taxpayer money and pay Red to decide who's guilty and who's not. Oh wait, that would end up costing more since he'd send everyone to jail....

C'mon, man. We all form opinions based on what we read in the news. I have formed the opinion that this chick is guilty of murder.

I'll give you this, though: She IS a hottie!

Maybe it's just me, but when discussing something as serious as murder, I wouldn't think to make such a statement, especially when it goes against a court decision. Not to mention there was really no evidence to convict her in the first place.

The girl is guilty of slander, punishable by three years in prison, she did four. She did her time. She also has to cough up cash to pay for the court's time.

Any one know what she was studying in college there?

2. conviction was overturned due to lack of physical evidence.

3. she spent 4 years in jail. i hope she gets a great book deal.

4. let's not forget the italian courts charged sir frank williams for senna's death.

She was declared guilty by the Italian tabloid press for years but crap evidence and no one really knows if she's guilty or not. She may be cute but I wouldn't piss her off and fall asleep in the same house!
