Not trying to cut out a realtor, but I'm shopping for commercial space, and it would be really nice if I could easily change my search parameters without making a phone call or email every time.
I know we have a lot of real estate savvy folks here. Any ideas?
http://www.MLS.com/ only covers residential listings, but http://www.showcase.com/?src=ppcg_State_MISSOURI_CommMO appears to take care of commercial listings.
google your city + MLS (in my case "pensacola mls")
our MLS is decent... if you find something then you still have to call the listing agent/office...
was awesome in MI as my grandpa was a broker and my dad was an agent... I had all the passwords to get all the info :)...
I found it almost impossible to find commercial listings online. And of the ones that were, several were listed wrong.
Is the area you are looking in near where you are? My wife and I went driving around a couple weekends looking for shop spaces that were available. Wrote down what we saw then searched online. That usually came back empty so we called the numbers to get the details.
Eventually we found a few promising locations and made appointments to see them. Found a shop that was just about everything we were looking for, and it's only 6 miles from home.

Okay, anything free? All these sites require a membership.

Try www.zillow.com - it Google maps the neighborhood you are looking at, adds "pins" to the map with recent sales, current sales and links to the online ads for the homes. Pretty sweet!

Very cool site. Wish it had commercial listings, though.
