My package arrived safely today, but it might be a day or two before I can open it. I have a plan, but I'm not sure I'll be able to pull it off. Stay tuned.

Mine is sent.

BTW, if you ship a flat rate box, remember that the rate is based on it being "flat".  Make sure you compress those sides!

Got mine on Monday but had to skip town for work.

What could it be!?

My daughter found some sweet cars and Subaru sunglasses.

My son is a big fan of the star wars cards (and now might have a new hobby himself).

Altogether a good clean haul. Not sure what the gauge pod is for, must be something with thick pillars. I might be able to use the tearoffs too.

Thanks Jerry!

My box went out today!  I am sure there will be some questions...  and questionable items.

I will start unpacking my (received) box sometime today!

Good luck to my victim!

My victim should get their box today or next mail delivery day.

There are a few things in there I'm kinda proud of. Can't wait.

USPS says my victim's box has been delivered. It's only a matter of time now, unless some baffled porch pirate made off with a very confusing Crate O' Mystery.

My box is finally out. There is a bunch of stuff that I couldn't make fit, and didn't spot 'til half a roll of tape too late, so oh well.  Only 13 lbs this time (bulky stuff in this one).

Woo-hoo!  Got my box!  Got some cool stuff inside!

Cool GRM cap right on the top, and a nice roll of paper towels

Infamous Performance shop shirt, I think after a few more pounds lost, I can wear this, and I definitely will!

GRM cap and some mechanics gloves

screwdriver organizer, lens cleaning wipes, intake hose, spark plug wine stopper, candy, a threaded union, an emblem that I haven't decoded yet, two pens with FnF graphics, a throttle body with a dime on the butterfly valve (?), JB weld, and some sort of puller?

And some cool reading material!  Thanks Birdmayne! (if I guessed right!)  If not, thanks mystery PNW'er!

You're welcome!  Looking at all the swag others sent, I felt like I cheated you.  Glad the kiddos liked the cars and trading cards.  (I believe the pod was for my original 2006 Scion xB.)

And if you need more trading cards, I have your address...

Excellent timing from across the country!

I feel a little guilty about your box. There was Hot Wheels, stickers and home baked goods on deck, but they were all claimed by my kids.

That Infamous shirt was from my old favorite Subaru vendor / tuner.

The throttle body came off a hand-built intake for a 280ZX, no clue the actual origin.

"L7" emblem is a knock off JDM Subaru Legacy GT badge.

^That looks like an old valve spring compressor.

Cool!  I've got one on the old c clamp looking things, so my brain didn't go there!  Thanks!  Actually playing with a head today, we'll try it out!

Didn't keep a running list so working backwards from the pics

-Syringe for transferring liquid (grabbed in bulk for some project or other)

-Lanyards are from SEMA a few years back

-Straw hat keychain is from my trip to Vietnam a few years back

-Killers CD I had two of

-PC Power supply is converted to be able to bench test 12v items (use with care. Red clip is power black is ground)

-Fake Louis Vuitton clutch I found at the goodwill bins and thought was funny to buy for $1.89 a pound

-Race car poster and ARP ads are from Stan Goldstein’s estate. He cofounded SEMA, ran a successful ad agency servicing some known brands in our world. He also came up with the slogan for Hooker headers.

-Coffee is from my cousins recent deployment where he stopped in Japan for awhile.

-Cactus Cooler is a regional soda that we very much enjoy. Glad both of those made it safely.

-Poppers my brother in law bought a huge box for my niece, I don’t know why they are at my house and not hers.

-Black hook things with red sleeves are rafter hooks I grabbed somewhere along the way in my estate sale adventures because they caught my curiosity and I had no idea what they were

-Ditto the long ornate handle tube pipe thing that ended up being a hookah nozzle

-Candy came from my Candy dish, overflow from what we put in the Xmas stockings

-Electrical tape cus I have a bunch

-Ryobi bits because I have a bunch

-Obligatory hotwheels, rock auto magnets and random stickers

-Empty roll of tape and cardboard tube was packing material

Legacy items:

-Management books because I no longer supervise people (thank goodness)

-Exhaust hanger mounts

-Wacky wild waving inflatable guy

-Metal shears

-Some of the stickers

-Berkeley this E46 M3 shirt (I’m a size xxl so no joy)

-Fuse box with wire

Head is a B18B1 from a front end crashed DC4 Integra I bought to flip quickly. It ended up taking 4 years. Crash damage included a chunk out of the engine on driver motor mount side so I found some engines cheap on Craigslist. When everything was said and done I ended up with 3 heads and 2 blocks in bins in my backyard which somewhere along the line had water intrusion. I sold 2 of the heads and this was listed for parts or porting practice but my son’s been on a decluttering tear and I figured it be hilarious to send someone half an engine.

Cute assistant! Wishing I had included more poppers now.

Haha, awesome!!!  Thank you again.  Way above and beyond, and much appreciated!

Opened my box today!

Unfortunately,  it already had a split in it!  Hopefully nothing fell out!

Here is the pic dump that I will organize later!

My boxes never split.  You guys really need to invest in a roll or three of gaffer's tape.

The little rotor is cool

As nearly as I can tell nothing is missing, but I admittedly didn't inventory it before I sent it out. Some things likely need explaining/identifying but I'll let you get things organized and see what you think/can identify first. :)

Three rolls of gaffers tape would likely cost more than the contents of most of the boxes. :p In this case though, I think that the box I had to use wasn't as strong as the Flat Rate ones- they made me get another box because it had to go ground because of the spray paint.

Amusingly the rotor fidget spinner was one of the earlier things I printed with my 3D printer last May or so, but only got around to sanding the inside and pressing the bearing in a few days before sending out the box- I was ecstatic that I'd gotten a recipient that it would make sense to send it to since including it in my box had been my intent from the beginning.
