My ranch house is 17 years old - seamless aluminum gutters. Some of the brackets are loose so I am installing this sweet screw type version that I bought at Menard's. Gutters are basically in good shape - except for the corners - they leak and I now need to replace a few small pieces of fascia wood.
What is the best process to fix? Grab a gallon of tar and just seal all the seams? Buy that magic spray in a can that seals a screen door to make a boat?
Hive? Ideas?
Phone the dude with the truck that spits out the seamless stuff. It is practically free.
Forego "gutter seam sealant" as it hardens and fails over time and get yourself a tube of clear OSI quad caulk. Wipe the leaking joints and get some quad up in that B. It cures in presence of moisture and sticks to damp materials.

I have seamless gutters. It's the 90 degree corners that leak.
I was expecting this to some redneck variation on the Italian Tuneup...
