I have had this pain in my right pec. It feels kinda like a muscle strain maybe a bit milder as far as pain but it doesn't seem to be going away.

What does your doctor drive? He must be a pretty knowledgeable car guy if you ask him about car stuff!
Sorry, I was trying to be funny... If you have a chest pain that isn't going away, it's time to see the doctor. It may be something simple like a muscle strain but then again it could be something serious.

Hahaha!
OMG, not that!!! Dude, run! Do not walk, right home. That is one of the first symptoms and it only gets worse I tell ya. You need three beers, sex and two hours of garage time.
Dr. Dan

I'll admit that it would have been better to PM Dr. Hess, but we DO have medical doctors here...
After a tachycardia event (SVT) my cardiologist put me on beta-blockers.
He explained [in foreign voice] You heart race like Ferrari, vroom. You heart need run like American V8... complete w/ sound effects.
I think he drove a Jag tho.

To be truly effective this must be done 'on the fly', as in: switch hands to gain a stroke.
No no no... according to Gone in 60 Seconds, you're supposed to SIT on your left hand for 20 minutes or so, so it's numb.
It's called "The Stranger."

That beats "dutch rudder" any day.
To the OP- Have you been working out or doing some activity that might cause a muscle strain? If it's a strain, there's probably a reason.
How long has it been going on? Is there anything that makes it better or worse? Breathing? Lifting? Sleeping?
Lotta E36 M3 in your chest. You got them lungs, some muscles, your heart, your food and air tubes, a crapload of nerves, some skin, some bones, and that sorta squishier version of bone. Sometimes stomach acid. Plus blood. Lots and lots of blood. Also your soul. Could be anything!
I played soccer yesterday and it seems to have mostly disappeared. And yes I have been playing lots of soccer and ultimate frisbee lately.
